Tony started Dorset Web in 1996. Since then the company has grown throughout the UK, France, USA, Spain and in Australia and trades under the banner of radikls.com. To provide a local service to other southern counties other companies were bought; Perfect Page for web design in Surrey; East Sussex Web Design for website design in Sussex; Siteweave for website design in Hampshire; and Waterside Designs for the Kent region. Tony helps businesses in agreeing strategies for their website and ensuring these goals are achieved.

An opportunity to merge Tim's company, E-constructors and work with Dorset Web in 2007 allowed the two companies to offer a wider range of services and develop more E-commerce websites. His background was in IT since 1984 having worked as a programmer, systems analyst, team leader and IT Manager for several organisations from the 'square mile' to rural Somerset. Tim developed his first website in 1996 and started e-constructors in 2000.

Fiona was a mainframe computer programmer / analyst prior to having a family and now has a wealth of IT, marketing and customer service experience. She joined Dorset Web in 2007. She ensures the delivery of great search engine results for our SEO package clients and assists clients with good web copy to ensure search engine optimisation is maximised. She also looks after our Pay Per Click clients creating and optimising Google Ad & Facebook Ad campaigns.

Libby has controlled the renewals and customer care side of the business since the start in 1996. Liaising between the production team and the customer to ensure the clients’ requirements are met.
